About Miles
I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and grew up with a passion for sports and building relationships with the people around me. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years playing soccer, football, and running track until injury cut my athletic career short. Through seeking treatment for a spinal disc protrusion and four fractures, I discovered a desire to help others overcome life’s physical, emotional, and mental challenges. Years later I graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Applied Movement Science and Physical Culture & Sports with a specialization in medical fitness and rehab. A passion for people, health, and sports has guided me to a career in fitness, health, and wellness. My time in the fitness industry has been centered around building connections with my clients and working together to create healthier, sustainable lifestyles. Having worked with clients across a wide range of fitness levels, from rehabilitation to elite sports performance, my training method is tailored to your needs and ensures success in reaching your goals by finding what works for you. When I am not working, I enjoy watching movies, sports, playing video games, and checking out breweries with friends around Austin!
